PESFan Editor 5 merupakan sebuah program kecil yang sangat bermanfaat untuk para penggemar maupun pengguna Winning Eleven 9. Software ini wajib dimiliki oleh para penggemar maupun pengguna Winning Eleven 9.

Sebelum menjalankan programnya kita harus memiliki Java. PESFan Editor 5 sangat mudah untuk digunakan semua umur. Kita juga bisa mengganti baju pemain dan logo klub, dll

PESFan Editor is a tool for editing PES5 / WE9I(US) option files on your PC. 

Works with the following PES5 / WE9I(US) option files
PS2 X-Port (.xps) - PS2 Max Drive (.max) files will need to be converted to .xps using the PS2 Save Builder (see below):

1. PC (KONAMI-WIN32PES5OPT)
2. XBox Max Drive (.zip)
3. XBox (.xsv)

• Transfer players / change squad numbers
• Edit team name / abbreviation / stadium / flag / emblem / formation
• Select captain, and corner/freekick/penalty kickers
• Edit player name / shirt name / ability stats
• Import Emblems / Logos from PNG or GIF files
• Export Emblem / Logo to PNG
• Stadium / League name editing
• Set PES/ WE points
• Lock / Unlock Shop items
• Import data from another option file
• Global stats adjustment - adjust the stats of all the players by a certain amount
• Create a .csv stats file (which can be imported into Excel) containing all the players' names along with their stats and the squads they are in
